I walked in and the lady at the reception desk greeted me warmly and professionally. When she completed her interview with me she asked me to be seated. The reception area is up to standard. The technician gave clear instruction and she too was polite and professional and knowledgeable. All went well. I left feeling good which so many times in the health care profession you don’t. Kudos to all at this site. The lady who was doing custodial work was professional too. Batting a thousand.
