I arrived 30 minutes early to my appointment only to be turned away. They were CLOSED for lunch. What happened to the waiting room? Are disabled patients expected to wait outside in the rain ? NO !! Patients are not animals! Do better Montefiore! Will not be returning to this location!

These people never answer the phone and you can hardly ever get an appointment ! I’ve literally called over 30 times since 9 am and it’s not even 11 Am yet and not once person has answered the call just to confirm a simple appointment!!! This location is so unprofessional and disorganized hate it and it’s been this way for years

That seems to be a problem there. You have to keep calling until you get through. I find it better to call between 11 and 2. They are there but they most times do not answer or you have to leave a voice message. They will call back at some point.you might make out better by going to the facility.
Yes unfortunately this is one of the biggest issues with this office, you gotta call 3000 times, luckily I live close and sometimes I just walk there and sometimes still they say sorry no appointments.
