The man who attended me was not professional at all and the mouthwash was just water, the utensils looked old and I did not like the treatment except the young woman in the photos was excellent

The doctor did a procedure on my teeth and he did not explain anything. We as patients are not obligated to know about the procedures. I am very disappointed, I cry everyday when I think in my poor teeth. If you don’t ask, the doctor will never tell you anything. Everything “it’s ok” for him. They treat you sarcastically as if you were bothering. The equipment are old and dirty. Teeth cleaning is horrible.

Dental office is disgustingly, dingy. The equipment seems old and outdated. The x-ray technician had to do numerous unnecessary x-ray shots, because of equipment failure. The dentist never introduced himself. He looked disinterested by his job and patient care. I highly, suggest, finding a better dental office, than Fordham Plaza Dental Associates!
