As far as the residents & doctors nurses .. your in good hands they are very personal with you - but not with the front desk AT ALL beware I use to cry everyday coming to work here!

This place is unbelievable. I was getting my care there a few years back due to the lack of unprofessionalism I ended up leaving. Recently I went for a check up technically went in for a pregnancy test Hoping that the clinic was better established,..Well in all honesty if anything is worse!! These people don’t care about the well-being of their patients. The girl that was taking my vitals told the doctor that she had to go on break before 4:30 PM right in front of me when the doctor asked her if she could do some blood work😒😑 Talk about unprofessional. I don’t care about your lunch hour nor do I have to hear how you have to go to lunch. That isn’t something you talk about with your doctor front of your patients. Save yourself from this place🙅🏻‍♀️👎🏻You’re not seeing as a human being but as another insurance card holder.

For a medical facility that holds itself to being dedicated to the people of the Bronx, Montefiore does not respond or make the deligent effort to meet the medical needs of the community. It is any wonder areas of the Bronx and other low income areas have high mortality rates. This is another example of the disparity of medical service in poor areas as compared to affluent neighborhoods where mortality rates are lower.

This is the worst place ever, communication is horrible. They lie to try to cover their mistakes. Book appointments and will not honor them. Baby went months without her shots bc of the excuses they made.
