This location was turning walk-ins around because of a Jewish holiday and the doctor wanting to leave early. While I have no problem with people following their religions holidays I don't understand why there wasn't another doctor who'd cover the rest of the shift.

As new parents, we've been to this location a few times with our little one, and it's always a positive experience. With our pediatrician's office being located up in Brooklyn Heights, this is such a convenient option for nights and weekends. The receptionist at the front desk is so lovely! She remembered us from a previous visit and was warm and friendly. There was more of a wait than we expected, but it was a Sunday morning/early afternoon and there were a good handful of children waiting to be seen. That said, I think the staff did a wonderful job keeping things moving while giving each case the care it deserved. The nurse we saw was wonderful and Dr. Decastro is always clear and direct, while being compassionate. Really glad we live walking distance to this location!

Depends on day of the week and time of the day. Few time arrived in the evening and did not wait longer than 15-20 min

I never had a COVID test there. When I was there last I learned they only do PCR. Unless you have a letter from your doctor for a rapid. For PCR you can come in and get one, no appointment needed
I have emblem and they accept it. But it may depend on your individual policy.
You're better off going to a traditional pediatrician for that. This place is the WORST. If you do go here, prepare to spend hours waiting even if the office is empty.
