Every person we have dealt with through Sunset has been professional and friendly. They have been maintaining our AC/furnace for about 5 years. We had our heat pump/AC replaced a couple years ago, but went with a different company. Now we wish we’d stayed with Sunset. That company did an OK job but we didn’t feel as “taken care of” as Sunset leaves us feeling. So, when we re-upped the annual inspection with Sunset, and they said we might want to consider a new furnace (ours was WAY past expected life span), we didn’t hesitate. They just finished installing it and we’re very happy with how it went. We trust this company implicitly.

Great experience. My grandmother actually recommended these guys based off of her experience with getting her Air-Conditioning replaced. The tech was very friendly and informative when discussing my options to replace my AC. He came out the next day and did a clean job. Friendly service, clean work and reasonable prices! Definitely recommend.

Eric is and will always be a fantastic tech that serviced my heater. The company as a whole went above and beyond. Eric gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was headed to my location in 20 min and he got here on time. He was extremely professional and polite. Great guy to talk to and very knowledgeable about my problem. He respected my property and kept everything clean. He explained step by step what was happening and answered all my questions without being annoyed. Overall great experience with him and the company Sunset Heating and Cooling. Will use them again and again.

Our furnace died. We called Sunset after hours and had someone in at business opening the next day. Bad news, about the furnace. We reviewed the problem and options for replacing or repairing it. From $7,500 to $18,000. After making our decision they came by after two business days (chilly ones here) and got the heat installed the first day, AC on the second day. There was a problem with the AC, so they sent a multi-certified guy first thing the next day. He trouble shot the issue quickly. All in all a great experience. They provided people that did quick work and we were comfortable again. More comfortable now with a heat pump. Just great work. Much better than our previous HVAC vendor. We are looking forward to years of good service.
