What more can you ask for. I did not use any of the amenities except the breakfast which was sparse but sufficient. Not a hot meal but continental. If you are on the motorcycle there are cleaning rags available. Chairs and benches outside the rooms to relax. The room was inviting upon entry with water, cookie and popcorn waiting. Definitely would stay again if I'm in the area enjoying the roads.

This is a gem of a hotel. I've stayed in 5-star hotels and this one is as good for the facilities available. It's cleaner than any hotel I've stayed in. The staff is amazing. They are quick to serve and always greet you with, "anything you need?".The breakfast is good although I wish they offered a little more protein (that's a personal desire). The property is maintained better than most people's private homes. The landscaping is immaculate. I love the location when I stay in the area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who values a great hotel stay.

This is a partier's motel, and full of false advertising. Bikers come and go at all hours, drinking, smoking rowdy groups right in front of the rooms of other guests. Phone calls to the front desk to ask for help are simply ignored. As to false information, the website does not tell you that it is right on the freeway, and also that there is a massive construction site immediately next door. Heavy equipment coming and going exacerbates the noise that comes with the building of a high rise 20 feet from the best western lobby. The "breakfast" is a joke. It's not breakfast at all. A few wrapped generic so called pastries, no fresh fruit, and an easy baked oven style pancake machine with fake syrup. Don't waste your money, and find a motel without beer cans and cigarette butts in front of your room, and where you can get some sleep.

Staff was rude when we complained about housekeeping banging on our door at 9am and we let her know that our sink and bathtub wouldn't drain , hair kept coming up out of the drain, she offered to check us out since we were unhappy. Unfortunately we were stuck there bc of a snow storm so we had no choice but to stay a 2nd night, we should have atleast been offered a different room. My 6 year old also found multiple pills in the floor while he was playing. Breakfast also was terrible. Worst hotel experience we have had and wouldn't reccomend staying here, not worth the $250 we spent and hotel staff won't take responsibility or even an apology .
