Our favorite hotel in Waynesville. Rooms are nice & clean. What we love here is their location on top of the hill. We enjoy watching the sunset, sunrise and the view from the balcony.

Negative: Our reservation was cancelled upon arrival because we had two large dogs (Labrador retrievers). They have a one small dog policy. We we stuck trying to find a room in Maggie Valley N.C. last minute. We were there for a Celebration of Life for my sister.

Totally renovated older hotel. Nothing fancy but super clean, updated rooms and furniture, great location and awesome view of the surrounding mountains and picturesque view of the town below. Loved the balcony with rocking chairs. No hot breakfast but for the price, the continental breakfast was more than adequate.

This is definitely the best econolodge I've ever stayed at. I live in hotels 8 months out of the year and the service here is impeccable. I've not had better service anywhere. Privacy, balcony, clean sheets, the nicest House keeper, and a pool with grand views.
