Love the doctors, hate the management of their office and their billing. I have spent more hours on hold with their billing and payments office than I have actually spent seeing doctors. I have stopped going to my doctor as a result.

Doctors are fine but the support staff is terrible. So difficult to schedule an appointment and you have to book SO FAR OUT for everything. Not accommodating at all. Would not recommend.

If I could leave 0 stars for the billing department, I would. First, I was incorrectly billed for a service. Each time I would call, someone would answer and tell me they'll forward this case to their coding department. Then radio silence. When I would call back, they'd have no record of the last call, and asked me to be patient as they were switching systems. It ended up take 5 months to finally get the bill fixed. I then paid the new bill immediately, and now Westmed claims they have not received my payment. I have called multiple times again, sent them proof of payment, a transaction ID, and the proof that they cashed my check 3 months ago, to no avail. Each time I call they open a new case and tell me that I need to wait 14 business days for a response, which makes absolutely no sense. On top of all of this, it turns out that Westmed took a while to get my to my insurance on an inquiry, and now I actually only owe a fraction out of pocket, meaning that Westmed actually OWES ME money back. It is truly unbelievable that an organization is run this way, I have wasted so many hours of my life on this, and it is still not resolved. Due to the billing department alone I could never recommend Westmed to anybody.

I do not think so. the times I've had my procedures it's been scheduled elsewhere.
The lab is open until 5:30.
Usually it can be obtained by an authorization through your PHP (Primary Healthcare Provider). Inquire with them first.
