Rheumatology keeps cancelling my appts without telling me, and I haven’t physically seen them in a year and a half, only telehealth which isn’t optimal for this. They also don’t have a reason for why appts are canceled. And I have to drive 2 1/2 hours to get there. I refuse to show up and not have an appt because they cancelled it without telling me

They constantly call with surveys, send multiple packets to my address. I've been called 7 times about a survey, told I dont want to participate and am continuing to be harrassed by these survey takers, very very unprofessional for a doctor's office to solicit patients information into taking a survey.

I have always had a good experience at Western Montana Clinic. Both of my kids are patients and they really like the doctors and staff.

I brought my child in for an office visit today to receive her shots, which I told the staff was the reason for the visit prior to the appointment. I walked in to reception where I was stared at without a smile or hello while I told the lady I was here for my child’s appointment. I filled out the paperwork and was seen by Dr. Hall’s nurse who told me she wouldn’t get her shots because they didn’t have the required forms I wasn’t told they needed. Also, apparently it’s a joke for anyone to actually read the privacy disclosure because the receptionist scoffed when I didn’t immediately sign to say I had received it- because she didn’t give it to me. I had to ask for it. Sorry, I want to know how my data is being used. I expressed disappointment and was told by the Dr “sorry you feel that way. Do you still want to go ahead with this appointment?” Is there anything more irritating and substitutional for “you’re wrong and I’m not sorry at all”? The staff was rude and the doctor was unimpressive. I have never been to a more unprofessional and dirty doctor’s office. Very disappointing!
