Had them out to repair a hot water heat. $400 dollars later they were done and hot water heater still not working. They wanted to replace hot water heater at a ridiculous price. My biggest concern was they didn't care. Did not bother them a bit to take $400 dollars for nothing. Had to call in another company for what turned out to be a simple fix.
