The beer selection (which is why I went here) was great. Service was good. I enjoyed my conversations with those also at the bar. The bison taco was... Ok. TBH... It could easily be ground beef. However, I think that is the terms I'm coming to for bison. Goat and lamb are better.

We have been coming here fairly often. You get a solid, dependable meal, a decent variety of offerings, and good service all for a fairly reasonable price. In the upstairs dining room we have noticed it can get pretty loud when a larger group of people are seated at a table. It can be hard to have a normal conversation with your table companions under such circumstances. Overall, a convenient downtown location for a consistent meal.

We love Tamarack but didn’t have the best experience this time. They put us at a corner table that had no lighting, so we literally had to use our cell phone lights to see our food. Caesar salad was overdressed, too many jalapeños on the pizza, and Mac n cheese was somehow too cheesy. Nachos were still as good as ever. Half size is plenty for a party of four or even six.

I highly reccomend the Smoked Bacon Mac 'n Cheese!!! Prices are fare and the beer is great!
