I've been to my fair share of pet stores. And while most employees are helpful and have a love for animals, Jayce at this Waynesville store blew me away. Took my daughter in for the first time for some fish -- She's seven years old. Jayce helped us. Didn't have to ask...he just noticed we needed help. He knew his stuff, but had this energy about him like it was his first day on the career of his life. He knelt down with her, let her pick out fish, explained things, communicated well...very impressed!

Always get excellent service in the back section, whether it's getting crickets, or new animals, they really try to help everyone the best they can. Just hope the compensation is good because you should keep these people.

I had been taking my Maltese too a PetSmart another town and was very unhappy with the last two groomings. Especially the last time, they didn't follow my instructions at all. This was my first time in Waynesville and I will definitely be back. My little girl looks great!
