So my husband plans on going to pick up food for me & my client today from here. And they tell him sorry our computers are down & we don't know when they will be back up & running! Do you guys not know what a pen & paper is???? It's called going old school. Stop being lazy & do yalls job right. Iv been a cashier before I know what it's like when computers go down. Poor management & poor employees that's all I got to say.

Great salad except they were out of boiled eggs which the added extra bacon to compensate. They also forgot to give me my salad dressing including the extra one I paid for.

I know times are tough right now. Staffing is tough. Supply chain is touch. BUT, I am very tired of paying for food & not getting what I paid for at this location. Twice now I've gotten a chicken salad with no chicken at all. Twice that's a $9 box of lettuce. No cheese, no dressing, no toast, chicken. My 3rd messed up order, I app'd in as always so it's in writing. Chicken was fried, not grilled. I requested a non dairy dressing. I got ranch, which I can't eat. The most comical part of this all was that whoever prepared the bread didn't cut it in half. They ripped it. (See photo.) Save your money & hit up Chick Fil A up the street.
