Horrible !!!! HORRIBLE ‘ first time I came here was 2 years ago I was having an asthma attack & one of the nurse was so rude that she was literally ignoring me ! Where another nurse had to tell the lady about herself . Now 2 years later . I have a daughter who is 4 months old ! and she having a fever I came in at 9pm they told me she had a 100.4 fever . & sent me back home when she went down to 100.1 and told me she she still has a fever in 4 days to come back or. If it worsen to come back . The next morning I go back because my baby was literally shaking like she was freezing cold . Not one person came and checked her temperature. Nobody ran test nothing !! So I left and went to the hospital across the street from this one & wish I would of came here first ! SUNY DOWNSTATE NEEDS TO BE CLOSEDDDDD DOWNN . They are under staff and very unprofessional and very rude ! .
