Doctors are excellent but the staff that schedules appointments over the phone are rude and need a lot of training. One of them decided that it’s ok to give me psychological evaluation over the phone. Nasty and rude. Very disappointed, my family with Ezra for 9 years

Absolutely excellent first time experience. No wait time, efficient, very friendly front desk staff. Dental assistants X-rayed my mouth, and were very gentle, friendly and professional. Experience with Dr. Teitelbaum was excellent. He took much time to examine my X-rays and teeth, told me what issues I needed to be aware of; i.e. what could wait for treatment, what needed to be taken care of right away, and cleaned my teeth(which were full of plaque) gently and painlessly. I will be returning for my next visit with him. No strange issues at the front desk with my insurance.. A+ all the way.
