I had an extremely positive experience here. The clinic was clean and the staff including front desk, nurses and doctor were kind, compassionate and patient. Thank you Planned Parenthood LIC for your dedication and invaluable service to women.

I am a long time donor of planned parenthood but it wasn't until a friend recommended this location that I actually visited one. The facility is clean, well kept, and the staff is pleasant. I had a very good first experience, my wait time was about 30 min to be seen by staff who took down my history and then about another 20 minutes to be seen by a doctor. I didn't mind the wait since they took their time with me. However, my recent visit left me very disappointed. Upon my arrival I was asked for my id and insurance card and asked to wait. After a few minutes the receptionist proceeded to inform me that their computer system was down and there would be a long wait. When I asked how long, I was told that there were patients who had already been waiting over an hour and I could expect to be waiting 2 or more hours. It took a month for me to make this appointment and I had to request the day off from work. No one had the courtesy to call me prior to my arrival to inform me of this delay. This showed that they have little regard for their clients. I will not be returning.

First time coming to planned parenthood. I can’t believe this establishment gets such a bad rep. This location was one of the cleanest nicest obgyn I’ve ever been to. The front desk staff are pleasant. Medical assistants here are thorough and know what they’re doing. The nurses seem burnt out probably from influx of patients but they are still doing their best to provide the best care. I was not rushed I was listened to and I will be making this my permanent obgyn.

Very kind and caring staff and the center itself is one of the nicest medical center I’ve been to.
