Wow is unusual how this Bronx Care Clinic lobby registration area operates they have their own rules and regulations the staff don’t care about patients only revenue maybe the patients should where a money costume because that’s the only thing these people acknowledged sometimes it ain’t worth coming in for your scheduled appointment because the manipulate the order of your scheduled appointment

They gotta do better first time going into this building I was called quick no complaints , but they called me to go back to get blood work stating they forgot that part , like after I already gotten home , they apologize by stating they’ll give me a metro card that BS. . DO BETTER

First time going was for a follow up. Four starts only because to register its in the main lobby & the line gets very long. But once you’re upstairs it’s not a long wait time (well at least not for me). I appreciate the fact that every specialist I need to see is in the same building. The front desk women on the 5th floor are amazing & they took they time to explain everything to me. Might just change my primary doctor over here.
