They dont even deserve one star. I made an appt 2 months in advance. They called me immediately to get the prescription. Which i did asap. All seemed fine until the thirsday before my monday appt. When i suddenly received a call after 2 pm telling me i needed ins approval by friday noon or my scheduled time would be cancelled. I said; "why didnt you tell me that when you asked for the prescription?" Then the flippant caller said this is how we do it and there is nothing you can do about it unless you get the approval from insurance. Imagine getting a procedure approved within 6 hrs. Stay away from these unorganized quacks

The worst place anyone can go I was in the e.r sitting for five hours without seeing a doctor. All that talking n laughing n wasting other people time is disgusting I will never step foot in that hospital again…
