Good dentists, poor admin. Reasonable dental work, lovely staff, Melony is great, took my insurance which is great. Records nightmare. Invited me in on an emergency visit, I was in pain, then refused to do the work till insurance approved it. A month later I show up (this is 2.5 hour drive) and Union had not applied for insurance. I insisted they operate, they told me how much I might cost, I insisted, an infection had set in. I returned to complete the work and but they they couldn't email or fax my records to my dentist and I was left with a printed copy only. My home dentist wanted the records. I'd airdropped Union's dentist my X-rays from my phone because Union refused to give email access.

Covid vaccines were only available by appointment.
If is one of the same clinic the doctor will receive the results. You just need to make sure your info is right and your doctor info. But I guess is better if you go to the same one for everything
