Would not recommend the physical therapy unit at the Harkness Pavilion. First the front desk violated HIPAA and contacted the wrong number in my account for appointment reminders, appointments of which I didn't wish many people to know about at the time, then they were incredibly slow with each check-in. After one appointment I completed the 'how did we do' questionnaire that's sent after each session, and reported as such- that the front desk was not efficient. At my following appointment my physical therapist confronted me about this feedback, was very upset I actually filled out the form with a negative comment, and took me to the front desk to discuss with them. I was mortified! She was cold and gave sub-par treatment for the duration of my physical therapy. Very unprofessional conduct.
