Yeah you can get tickets there but check BO time. Not one of the best venues I've been too also general admission shows with vip tickets are a joke. Vip get the close spots to the stage that is off center in the building. Never seen a set up like it in my life. If you get there early dress warm because they leave you waiting in the cold. There are outdoor heater but only when you get close to the door and they don't do much to keep you warm. The staff is arrogant and some bar tenders are unappreciative. My experience there was not so good. Good luck!

I think it depends on the show. Last time I was there they didn't even check vaccination status. Best call the box office.

You dont need star seating. They have handicapped seating and you go in on the right side of the building. Check in with security. Dont buy Star Seating.

It varies each show, but generally around 10:30-11. Also I recommend picking him up at the VFW across the street from the venue. Far less hectic of a parking lot.

I stood at the front bar 12 feet from the stage for an entire 3 hour Machine Head show...the bartender couldn't have been nicer and never asked us to move!
