No issues with the front windshield replacement so far, but they slightly damaged my front driver seat. A small section in the middle of the seat cushion has a couple of small strips and few tiny dots of the top layer of perforated leather gouged and rubbed out. When I picked up my car from their shop and opened the door, I immediately and easily noticed it. I promptly went to show Phil (manager or owner) and asked him how they managed to damage my seat. He just briefly looks at it from afar and instantly denies any responsibility and starts rambling random excuses then begins to question and blame me. Well that damage was definitely not there when I dropped off my car. I always try hard to avoid any damage to my car. I don’t ever let anyone drive my car, am always carefully getting into and out of it, never put anything on top of my front driver seat, and only keep money and sometimes paper in my back pants pockets. With his whole and quick response of constant and complete denial, excuses, turning it on me, and not even considering being at fault and try to investigate and check with his workers (unless maybe he already knew they caused the damage), I determined that there was no point in attempting to continue to argue with him any more about it. I could tell he was going to be persistent, adamant, and resolute in never even conceiving the possibility that they may be responsible.

We can get any brand OEM windshield and most aftermarkets (or OEM equivalent). We also offer recalibration services once the windshield has been installed. Please give us a call and have your 17 digit VIN number handy so that we can assist you with a quote. Thank you.
Generally Fords are installed with Carlite parts, which can either be replaced with OEM brand Carlite or other aftermarket brands such as Fuyao, PGW and others. Obviously price plays a factor with any decision but we only use OEM equivalent brands which will meet all the same specifications as the original glass. Thank you for your inquiry.
