I went in yesterday to get my brows filled and my hair done. My eyebrows came out good however the color is what matches my hair before getting it done. Even though I said my hair was going to be lighter. So now my eyebrows are too dark. My hair is not the right color at all. I provided a picture example of what I wanted and it was not that. I had asked the natural red of my hair the be lighter and warmer and instead I got actual red hair at the roots and the rest is not at all what I asked for. I understand I picked out the colors but I wasn’t provided much and expressed that I felt it might be too dark but was reassured it wasn’t however that is not the case. I also asked for bangs that would blend in with the rest of my hair and they look chopped. My “layers” also look super choppy. I’m very disappointed as I dropped a decent amount of money.

Rebuttal to Tina Marie Coteleso: I am not big on writing reviews. Not because I don't feel they are important, but I generally think "I should write a review" and by the time I get to my computer to write it I have forgotten the importance of what I wanted to say - good or bad. However, today, I'm compelled to write a review for Erin and The Main Salon. Erin has been doing my hair (cut, color) for several years, and more recently I have been using her for waxing also. She is AMAZING. While at the salon for my appointment today a woman was there that was quite loud and rude. I didn't think much about it because Erin and other staff members appeared to be handling the situation well. Tonight I discovered that the customer wrote a very poor review against Erin and the salon - unfairly in my opinion. Of all that I saw and heard, Erin was nothing but respectful toward the customer - even when the customer spoke over her in a very loud and obnoxious tone. I do not know all of the details of the situation - all I can say is that Erin and the other staff at the salon were extremely gracious. I believe one of the issues that Tina complained about was being unhappy with a leg waxing she had received and they took her in and redid the waxing at no charge. I have recommended Erin to several of my friends over the years. All of them have been very happy with her attitude, friendliness and abilities. I would HIGHLY recommend her!!!
