They were dispatched on 6/16/2022 for AAA towing service. Upon arrival, the driver threw a Damage Waiver in the face of my wife and told her she needed to sign it before he could tow the vehicle. She asked to read it, and his response was that he was in a hurry and didn't have time. When she called me and was distraught with his (NED, "Name Given") customer service and attitude, I asked that he call me in which I heard him refuse. My wife put me on speaker, and she witnessed his attitude change. She was to ride with him to the Ford dealership, yet felt unsafe and we had to make other arrangements. In my years of membership with AAA, I have never received this type of unprofessional service. I also filed a complaint with AAA on this matter. If I could have, I would rate them a negative 5.

We had our 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a bad 02 sensor and replacing the oil filter / cooler in January. While changing the oil and air filter today I found that they either lost or forgot to put an intake manifold bolt in and left a screwdriver in the bottom of the air filter box. I’m glad I found it when we did so it didn’t cause any damage. We’ve had body work done well here before but these mistakes were negligent.

Leons saved the day! My check engine light came on and I was hesitant to go pick up my kids not knowing what was wrong. Despite their busy day, they fit me in and set me up with a loaner while they figured out what was wrong. Fantastic experience here. Shortly after getting an oil change and some suspension work done, a seal went, I lost oil, and the engine seized up. Broke down on the side of 91. I decided to take it back to them - and boy was I happy I did. They replaced the engine FOR NO CHARGE, and provided me a loaner in the interim! Safe to say they earned a customer for life.
