For $60 a month you get a gym that's only open 5-8 pm mon-fri sounds like a rip off and you're better off finding somewhere else

Awesome gym. Whether you love to fight or are just looking to get in better shape: you won't find a better, more intense workout around. Great instructors, partners and a real club/family atmosphere. So glad I tried it out a few years ago. I don't know what I would do without these guys!

Hi! Membership is $60/mo or $80 if you'd rather do month-to-month. There's also an awesome MMA package that is $90, which gives you access to the best Jiu-jitsu place around (Flow in Swanzey) on Tuesday & Thursday nights in addition to all Contenders classes. First class is free and it's only a $10 mat fee for drop-ins so come in and check it out! ☺👊💪
