I lived here for 3 years and I had a wonderful experience with the staff. It's a very clean environment including the on site laundry room and gym. All the doors are locked and they have a part time security guard on site, monitoring the buildings and halls. The property manager (Sue) is exceptional at evaluating every tenant and making sure you'll have like minded individuals as roommates. I highly recommend!

This Mills of Keene is a great place to live and just a minute walk from campus! This is a great transition between on campus dorms and living on your own for the first time. The staff provides a gym and office which offers snacks, coffee, and soda to their tenants. The leasing managers are extremely in touch with the tenants and get to know you on a personal basis through passing on your way to and from class. On weekend nights there is a security guard who patrols the area to ensure the tenants safety and monitor noise since some tenants are not college students and work full time jobs. If you are looking for an apartment close to campus or downtown Keene I would definitely choose the mills. The general manager cares about her tenants and makes sure that each one is enjoying their time while living here. I would not recommend the mills for family living as they rent by the bedroom which caters best to an individual person or group of friends!

my name is Bill, I worked at the mills for about 3 1/2 years and was let go April this year, I liked the folks i worked with and kinda miss the place. so I wanted to leave a review from my perspective about the property, grounds and owner. The Buildings and units are modern and safe with high end mechanical systems. I know the owner to be a good man that truly cares about his residents and goes out of his way to provide little extras like, pizza parties , hot drinks, water ,soft drinks and all kinds of fruit, muffins and snacks for students coming and going from class. If i was a student or parent looking for a safe place just a stones through from classes, you need to look no further.

This will be my second year living at the Mills of Keene and I couldn't be happier with my choice. First off, the apartment complex is cheaper than any other off campus choice especially when you factor in the amenities each apartment comes with. All stainless steal appliances with beautiful marble countertops. The Linoleum floors are a great touch because it makes the apartment easy to clean. The workout facility is a great touch. If you need a quick workout or you would rather workout just in the mills gym, it has more than enough space and equipment to get the workout you need. To end, the staff is very helpful with any concerns or questions you may have.
