Went for a wedding outside doesn't look all that..but inside..looks perfect with all the chandeliers super sparkling and the bathroom luxurious the staff super friendly and had a great time with all that razzle dazzle👍👏

Summary: Don’t book your party here. - Manager is horrible and rude. Makes it seem like you’re getting a great deal but is scamming you. SHADY man and gives you a hard time to get what you want. Your job is to help make the event successful, not stress me out the day of the event. - You don’t get to try the food prior to signing a contract. Worst mistake ever because we were stuck with what they provided. - Food was cold. We got family style and it wasn’t worth it. Chicken was hard to cut through. Beef had no seasoning. Veggies were straight from a frozen veggie bag. Were rude when we asked for refills on food because it wasn’t enough to feed 10 people per table. - Paid for open bar but drinks were WATERED DOWN. People had to drink beer and wine in order to feel anything. - Before the party, we came to see the set up. They set out CHIPPED plates on the table. How is it not common sense to place good plates out? - Table linens were stained, had holes in them. Napkins and table runners DID NOT MATCH. Even though we came in weeks before to confirm the colors. One table had white napkins unlike the rest because they “ran out”. - Food during service was rolled out on a tall cart in the middle of the dance floor in front of the mariachi. TACKY. - I get that security is there to do their job but they literally kicked us out in the rudest way (yelling, flash light in our faces, interrupting a speech saying thank you to guests) as soon as it was midnight. - THEY NEED TO BE AUDITED. We’ve rescheduled the party for two years because of COVID and paid deposits. The day of the party, they said they didn’t have record of a $500 deposit (because all they do is write in a calendar to document your party), and were asking us for the money. After two years, they wanted us to bring in a receipt as proof or we had to pay an extra $500 (cash only in order to get it reimbursed if we find the receipt). We had guests coming so we had to pay. YOU KNOW HOW TO CONTACT US TO GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK BECAUSE ITS NOT OUR FAULT YOU HAVE TERRIBLE BOOKKEEPING. - Only good thing? The way the venue looks and ample parking space. The bartender that night was the only nice person working that day.
