According to the tracking information from 6/10/22, my package of A2 tool steel plates arrived at this facility on that date. The company who shipped these on our behalf initiated a claim, an investigation was begun and the plates never found. This package is 40+ pounds. How is it lost in your facility? Because the shipper did not ask us what to insure the package for, we are out of a lot of money. Very unhappy, as I feel that no one actually looked for these.

Thoose positions was only avaible during the xmas season only that i know of contact ups human resoures offices for that info in the lombard sera sorry !!!!!!
He may not of been able to find your package this happens all the time during Christmas
