This is a total scam . I bought this and monitored it for four weeks through the electric company it did not save a dime then when I called to return it they said they don't return but I saved the return policy and submitted it to my bank and with a full return it's a box with a green light if you see a review that's five stars they faked it just like there products.

Hello Dave, We have no idea what stopwatt is. We manufacture power transformers for original equipment manufacturer. There is a scam site that sells consumer energy savings products that plug into the wall. They have used our name and many of their URL's have "piwervolt" in the name.. We make components for other manufacturers, not for consumers. What is the URL you are trying to access?
