Great waste of 5 hours of my day my gas my money called prior to confirm they had the transmission I needed they said they had it pulled and ready to be sold call them to let them know I’m 50 minutes out they tell me they are closed from 12 to 1 for lunch thought that was weird wait another 40 extra minutes for there lunch show up at 1 they tell me there guys just left for lunch then the transmission they said was good was not good avoid this place was warned before I even went here just for them to fulfill that warning wasted 5 hours of my time!

A nightmare to deal with. I was sold a broken engine. It was a hassle to return. Once I returned it, I recieved a new engine from them. I asked for a recipt, but was told by John, "you don't need a recipt, you have my word" which was a huge mistake. After attempting to install it, it turned out to be the wrong year for my vehicle and my mechanic said it was broken and doesnt turn. I called to return the engine only to be told "we dont do that." John has no word. Its impossible to get ahold of him and will hang up the phone if you try to get a refund. This cost me $1100 and I had to go somewhere else to get an engine for my vehicle. Avoid this place if you can.

Absolutely a nightmare to get a refund on the $100 core charge. I took the core back 10 days ago today and still no refund. If you know that there’s a core charge take the core with you and save yourself the aggravation and time of having to call them over and over to get the credit. I’ve made several phone calls and I’m told there’s only one person that does refunds and she happens to never be there when I’ve called. Why I have to keep calling to ask for the refund is beyond me and horrible customer service, I’m getting the runaround!! *Follow up review ** It has been over two months and I have called several times a week every week and every single time I call no matter the time of day Brenda tells the one and only person named Holly who can give refunds is out of the office. She is NEVER there! Total runaround, total fraud!! Stay away from this place.
