Separate pools for family swim, laps and diving board. Warm pool but freezing showers. Family changing room is pretty small.

Nice place to swim cheap also Used to be convenient parking outside but now its lane for bikes. So dont go anymore

Great place to get a membership for a gym membership to a gym and or pool and its affordable as well. The only downside would be that the pool hours have a schedule, so make sure you have time to go during those certain hours. Sometimes the pool can get really crowded so you may have to share with 2 or 3 other people. They also have some training gear available if you just ask the pool staff.

Yes! The pool at least is open (I've been a few times recently for family swim)
I usually call on Sunday after 11:30AM to check on the status of pickup volleyball session for that day. There are people at the desk about 30 min before they open up for an activity.
