The Registry of Deeds is a simple Library. All records (Leins and the so forth) are kept there forever. In order to determine if Leins are Released, a thorough search of those records is required (in oreder to find said Leins and the associated Releases)

How do I claim my deeds

Majeed Ahmad | Sep 3, 2018
Chris Owens | Sep 3, 2018

I don't exactly understand the question, but if you are looking for an unofficial copy you can get it from the registry's website, which allows you to search by your name or by the property address. If you need an official certified copy you can go in person, do the same search using one if the computers there and then pay $1 per page to have an official stamp put on them. The clerks are accustomed to dealing with professionals and some of them can be a bit impatient with those of us who don't know exactly what we are doing. Some of the ckerks are happy to help explain how to do what you need. If the terms and phrases are unfamiliar i would recommend asking a reference librarian at the public library to help you find instructions.
