I can't ever find anything that I want in here, nor does it ever seem like I can get assistance in finding what I'm looking for. I'm quite certain that a couple of employees shot me a dirty look while i was browsing. I went in with the intention of putting an outfit togsther, but left feeling like i wasn't a priority. I'm going to spend my money elsewhere and encourage others to do the same because this place feels like a ghost town.

I think it is little bit expensive. Maybe because I don't use there credit card. Also I don't benefit from rewards on each transaction. That is something only there membres can take advantage of. Otherwise, I really love their clearance sections, they always have so many options. The staff are so friendly, however there are not enough of them. They always have seals going on.

Cashier jump on me when a customer let me in front of him. Tried to use restroom but apparently when there's a problem that's the hallway they stick you in. Only wish there were more choices for shopping

I prefer JcP to Kohl's for women's clothing. They have a large department with classic styles, including a large Liz Claiborne, St Johns Bay, and dresses sections. Sometimes I need to do Ship to Store to get sizes and colors that aren't in stock, but I like being able to see and touch items in the store.
