I love going here. It is clean and enjoyable. After working out I take a swim in the pool and then relax in the hot tub for awhile. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

The staff is really nice along with the equipment. With the amount of inappropriately dressed women at the gym, I would NOT rate it Christian which is what my husband and I were looking for in a gym. I do not want to be looking at someone's butt hanging out under their shorts or how tight the yoga pants can get, I want to focus on working out.

In front of the building or while looking at the building to the left side you pull into that parking lot which is also shared with the police.

Yes ,you can pay monthly. If you are a vet you get a discount if you are a senior you get a discount. The going rate for the average young non senior is something I dont know. A phone call will answer that.
