I have a package that was supposed to arrive a week ago. It just says delayed in tracking. No matter how hard you try you can't talk to anyone at this company. Not even on live chat. I will not purchase any else that says they are shipping ups.

I ordered a package that was supposed to arrive yesterday to the AMAZON HUB in Windham (address suggested by Amazon), and I get a notification around 7pm that my package couldn't be delivered due to an "incorrect address" in AUBURN despite ordering the package to WINDHAM. Then when I call support and finally talk to someone they told me I have no choice but to pick it up at a UPS store in AUBURN at a location that is only open 5pm to 6pm which does not match my work schedule, and charged me to change to a pickup despite it being negligence on UPS' part. Horrible company. If Amazon gave the choice to pick the shipper for the order, I would not have picked them. I will never use UPS again as long as I live if I can avoid it.

They suddenly stopped delivering to my address! Then want to charge me 8.00 to go pick up my package that Amazon already paid them to deliver

UPS has not delivered to our entire road for 4 days now. Our road is plowed and sanded and every other delivery service and vehicle uses our road without issue. Tracking shows packages "on vehicle for delivery" and then they do not arrive. Customer service tells me at 1pm the items are back at the hub and to pick them up. Hub doesn't open until 5pm. Horrible, incompetent service. Our road is dirt and snow covered all winter, does UPS plan on not delivering until Spring comes? This is unacceptable. Use FedEx or the Postal Service if you can.

no they make you physically drive to their location because the website and the phone system will not connect you to anyone. So they just make 3 attempts and if no one signs it goes back to sender

most companies provide a r s return service label with the package it must have a UPS barcode on it that can be scanned if that's the case you can hand it to any UPS driver if it doesn't come with one you can call the shipper and they will issue a return service call Tag to a driver and he will come pick up your package there's usually a charge with that some companies allow you to print up a return service label that you can put on the package. Then you can give that package to any driver or drop off at a UPS drop spot for free
