I will add to these other positive reviews by saying this was one of the best car buying experiences that we have ever had. From the moment we connected with VW of North Tampa via the internet and then by phone with Gio we experienced friendly, helpful people to help us determine if the car we saw online was the car for us. We greatly appreciated our Sales Consultant, Nour, and her friendly, knowledgeable manner and appreciated her helpful no-pressure style. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, the negotiation process was fair and speedy and the whole team helped expedite the process as they knew we had a drive back to Orlando as it was getting late in the afternoon. Zaidi was also great to work with in the Finance office going over warranty options and finalizing the deal. I loved the paperless, high-tech method of handling all that paperwork! We have been looking for a car for our daughter and have had no luck. On a whim we stopped in to see what they had in their used lot. We were greeted immediately by Nour. She listened to what we were looking for and found a couple vehicles to look at. We fell in love with a Tiguan. No hassle no back and forth. No pressure. Best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I was blown away at the hospitality and overall politeness of everyone there. They took great care of me, they were patient and respectful and gave me all the time to look around and more. I never felt rushed or like I was being scammed. The GM Christina was amazing, she went above and beyond for all that she did. She explained everything and ran the numbers over and over again because I didn't know what to do. She explained everything to me and put me on the right path. Kaitlyn was amazing as well, she asked what I was interested in and anything I have already looked at. She was patient and once again, I never felt rushed to make a choice. She answered every question I had and was great from beginning to end. Ron, the man who took care of our financing was a blast. He made everything very simple. He broke everything down before you signed and would go over it again as well as just a reminder.
