My son started playing football and I know nothing about the sport. Staff helped us get everything we needed. It's one thing to be knowledgeable and and another to be friendly. We got both here. Would definitely recommend.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced there. I paid for the service of them taking my son's helmet apart to get painted and to be put back together. When helmet was bought to be put back together, they treated my wife in a disrespectful manner and wouldn't put the helmet back together as agreed upon, saying they were busy unpacking boxes. 6 people in the store and not one person could stop unpacking boxes for ten minutes to put a helmet back together? Friends of mine has informed me they came into the store plenty of times when inventory was there or coming in and had no problem purchasing items or getting helmets put back together. Why now does my wife have staff ignoring her request and talking aggressively and unprofessionally to her? I couldn't believe what I was hearing over the phone.
