Please note the five stars. This gym is excellent and the staff are completely awesome at their jobs. That being said this gym has a little cluster of about ten older men who like to hang out and chat there. There are only two machines on the entire floor that have no copy - and they routinely sit on them and chat. Not any other machines, just those two. So folks have to belly up and confront them if they want to use them. It’s on purpose, to pick little fights and they’re being adorably immature bullies. The good news is a fair number of women over 50 at this gym don’t have time for that kind of nonsense. So back them up and they will have your back too. The staff are not to blame for this and I’m relatively sure they’re not even allowed to ask them to change what they’re doing or get off the machine.

I’ve been going to this gym for a while now and now on two separate occasions both on Friday’s they’ve been closed or told me no because it’s 10 and there closing and I don’t wanna be that person but on the door there was nothing saying closing at 10 on Friday’s now, The only sign is 24/5 so I am assuming it’s 24/4 now…. I will continue to go this gym but I will now just make Friday a day to go to another place assuming that they will continue to close at 10.

I've been to a few PF locations and this is by far the best. The staff has always been friendly. The personal trainer is great and will answer all of your questions. The locker room doesn't have that typical gym smell and is always clean. The equipment is new and well-maintained. There Black Card area is amazing. The hydro massage bed and chairs are well worth the extra cost.

Cancel by going in and filling out a cancellation form, get a receipt. (Email will NOT work, read your contract!!!) Also, send by USPS a certified letter asking for cancellation and having everything about you on it, Acct #; DOB; email; address, get a green card receipt—make sure it got delivered! Now you have cancelled, yes? Good, close credit card acct or call and ask for new number (fear security breach). Do the same with your checking account/debit, close acct, re-open with new number. Watch everything like a hawk! When all is done, if you see one new charge, go in, demand a reversal, if the reversal is not activated, threaten manager, if no response, sue in small claims—demand that PF pay all fees.
You have to go in person to cancel. If youre moving, I believe you can transfer it to a different PF. But why cancel, just go 😄
