Do not live here it’s not safe. My car and my boyfriends car were both broken into the night of June 25th 2022. Are cars completely ransacked I’m disgusted and so scared to be over there bc what if these people break into homes as well. Update: These thieves have robbed my neighbor's apartment and the poor people have a young baby to care for. I plan on moving out when the lease ends because we are so scared and paranoid to live here.

I have lived here for 5 years, almost 6, and I have no complaints. Neighboors are friendly. There is lots of kids playing outside in summer time and you almost don't hear any noise, it's quiet. Apartments are spacious and maintenance is always there to help. Problem are some neighboors who throw garbage outside of the containers and the wind spread across the garden making it hard for maintenance to keep it nice looking. Never saw any type of violence or anything bad. I feel completely safe. Coming home late one of these days I saw security in the car making rounds at midnight. The complex is huge, like a city. Prices are fair and apartments are ok.

Not a bad place to live at all! Cheap for the area. Apartments are comfortable, maintenance is nice and efficient. Majority of the time there is no noise or disturbance. RARELY a neighbor will have a party or put a music on, but I like to see people enjoying their homes when that happens. Like other people said here, you will find all types of people here. It's a huge complex, almost like a city. There is polite people and there is impolite people. I have lived here for 6 years. Never had any problems, never seem any danger or violence like some described. Complex is full of kids and families. Apartments are simple, but super clean. Spiders and bugs can be found anywhere, in any apartment that is not well kept, that is on the tenants, not on the condo. If you leave dirty dishes and don't clean you will probably get bugs and per the lease that is a violation, it is your responsibility to keep the apartment free of bugs. If you are clean, your apartment will be clean. In 6 years I have never seem any bugs in my apartment. When we open the windows, SOMETIMES, little spider comes in because we live close to trees. That's all!
