If I could give less than 1 star I would. The staff called me the day of the eye exam to say they were out if my insurance network. Oops sorry. How unprofessional

Office staff is obnoxious

I called the office just to get some preliminary information and the receptionist could care LESS about what I was saying. Her concern was my insurance. Awful!!
