Very professional and comprehensive eye exam. Probably the most comprehensive I’ve had in NYC. Dr Hayashi was great - she listens, was creative in proposing solutions and have definite opinions about eyeglass prescriptions and contacts which are super helpful - I’ve been struggling to find the right prescription and her suggestions were useful and practical. The staff and doctors were responsive and competent in observing their interactions with other patients. There can be a bit of a wait between being examined with the various machines so buffer some time and let them know if you are in a rush - they can accommodate.
