I only give reviews when a place deserve either a good one or bad one like this place . If you male an appoiment in this place take from 2 to 4 hours so the doctot can see you. Most of people complain for the waiting Please us always full of people. Also the front downstairs ladies from costumer service are rude, In my case, i gave them the right addres for my prescripcion o they send it somewhere else. They bill you more without warning, even when they charge you in from for the coopayment, the extra copaymentnt they called test charges.( which alays come after a few months). I even told them to take myoff the appoiiment list, i they kept on calling me every six months. The front costumer service employees always changing, ( that tells something about this place).

Dr. Sun was very patient, and explained everything in detail. She also wanted to know if I had any questions for her. I am happy and satisfied with the care I received at New York Ophthalmology. The staff is courteous and pleasant. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
