Yes. We offer a 60-day warranty on our treatments which is one month longer than our competitors. If you have an issue after our service is completed, just let us know and we will have a technician there pronto.
Southwest Exterminators uses the latest scheduling technology to make your life easier. You can opt to have a reminder email, or text, or both sent to you when your service is coming due. You can schedule via our webpage and you can always call our office. We want to make scheduling as convenient as possible for you.
Yes. The products we use are certified and regulated through the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency). The products have been labeled safe for use in and around your home. Furthermore, we promote an integrated pest management approach to our services, meaning we actively work to control the pests on the exterior so you don't require interior applications.
At southwest Exterminator we do not believe in contracts. Instead we offer discounts for going on a set schedule.
