Please Read…. I’ve never been so upset in my life I had to use my sister google account to leave this review!!! Trails At Lake Houston turned me over to a collection agency for a overdue balance that I didn’t owe. It’s now on my credit report and I have been denied 3 places because of it!!!! When I called the only thing they had to say was they emailed the collection agency back and said the balance was zero?!. Well duh I had to show proof to the collection agency showing that I don’t owe you guys!!!! Those nasty CARLESS greedy attitudes are the reason so many people are getting screwed over but I plan on taking legal action!!

The lovely Ladies Cordelia and Jassenia at the front office were very kind and sweet. They were very knowledgeable of the property and made me feel very comfortable. Thanks Ladies! I’m looking forward to moving in!

ZERO STARS!!!! At first I was excited about moving in these apartments. I was told that my rent was going to be $1233.20 a month with the “military discount”. I’ve paid my rent on time and paid what I was told to pay. I get a note on my door saying I owe $66. I went to talk with the girl in the leasing office and she try to break my rent down but it just wasn’t making any sense whatsoever. I saw that the military discount is $66 but it seems they are trying to make me pay it back for some reason. Now I’m getting charge a lease violation fee of $100. But I paid what I was told and you say I violated! Because of your miscalculation???!!!!! What I should’ve did was take lots of pictures of my apartment after I moved in. Nothing was clean! I had to clean everything! The toilets were nasty! The dishwasher was filled with nasty old water, the wash machine doesn’t drain, my bedroom door is coming apart, the shower door is broken but I was told that a new door “was ordered” but the shower door is still not replaced! There are trash fees, a dumpster fee (which doesn’t shows in the residential portal, but the girl in the leasing office showed me a print out of my lease “broken down” so why isn’t the “dumpster fee on the residential portal???) there’s a “velvet trash” fee which my trash is still out there so I’ve been putting my own trash out( waste of money!!) The pet fee is $400 but you have to pay $25 a month for your pet. And what’s the conservative Admin fee for??!! (Something New and another fee added to get your money!!!) I hate to break the lease because I just moved in here October 2021 but I am! And I’m pretty sure I’ll be charge for the things that I’ve reported that are not fixed! I would have NEVER moved here if I knew all the unnecessary fees, lack of maintenance, and they just can’t seem to get my rent RIGHT!!!!

I inquired about an apartment here at the end of April and during the whole process the staff were amazing. Megan got back to me within an hour about requesting information and with the help of her and the assistant manager, Jasmine, I moved in within 3 days. They had the apartment I was looking at ready to move in and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They have great attitudes all of the time and they are always willing to help. You’re always greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. The complex is always clean and quiet and I loved calling the place home. Even when I had to move out early due to a roommate leaving for the military, the process was so smooth. These ladies are ALWAYS professional and willing to help. If you’re looking for a place to call home, I would definitely look here.
