I was interested in a peticular 2 bedroom so they gave me a price. The next day is was $500 more, then they lowered the price down $200 and I was about to just go ahead and take it but the price went back up again. People make up your mind on the price of your apartments 🤦

I been staying here for almost a year i love it here !!! Cristina Turcios is amazing !!! The place is lovely quite my first place since I moved to Houston I will be here for about a couple more hours . Also we had an amazing !!!!!! Maintenance guy I wish the future residents or the ones that did not meet him would have !!! It will never be the same without him MAY YOU REST IN PEACE MY SWEET FRIEND !!! Until we meet again !!! Towing is non existent here. I come home every night and theres no parking left. Visitors parking is open but our spots that are for residents are completely filled with nonresidents with no stickers and they park any kinda way! I shouldn’t have to take a hike from visitors just to get to my apartment! Something needs to be done about this. I have tried calling the tow company whose signs and number are plastered all over the complex for them to only tell me the office can only call them out. They need to fix this immediately.

Great place to live from the leasing agent, to the apartment manager to maintenance. Im really pleased with the location, environment and service Ive received since day one. I havent had any issues really but the things that I had needed assistance with the staff and maintenance was more than happy to assist me in a prompt matter of time. Hands down the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. My A/C went out Sunday and within less than an hour maintenance was calling to let me know they were on their way and got my A/C back up and running and also had preparations for me in the event they couldn’t fix it that night. Every staff member here is valuable from Christina and Sara in the office to maintenance. However, maintenance, Ceicilllllll and Steve are really an asset to this complex and I’m grateful. Ceicil, I’ve dealt with you the most and you ALWAYS go above and beyond to ensure my request are taken care of with a smile. Thank you!
