As a construction manager working on the Oakbrook Townhomes project just west of the property, the staff have been great to work with during coordination processes. It’s very unique to see the residents out for their daily walks and speak so highly of the life those staff have made for them.

Took a tour today via a professional networking group hosted by the leadership from Avenida. New upscale apartment concept for Williamson County — targeting empty nester 55 and Up Active Adults. Multiple one and two bedroom floor plans to select from. Beautiful pool and resort-like Courtyard for outdoor entertainment and/or relaxing. Large hostess station off the main floor lounge used for resident happy hours and morning continental breakfast. Venue is gated for security. Three stories with multiple elevators — set up and designed like an upscale resort. Amenities include an intimate and comfortable media theatre, yoga/fitness centers, craft classrooms, and previously mentioned outdoor pool and courtyards.
