When I toured the complex, I worked with Brittany in the leasing office. She was very professional and patiently answered all of my questions. I had come to TN to tour apartments and when I got back home, I had more questions. Brittany was always happy to answer my questions and provided a very welcoming experience. She made the entire process very easy. And now that I have moved in, that same level of service continues. I know any questions or needs I have will be promptly addressed by the office and/or the maintenance team.

We moved here in June this year. We are loving this property. It is conveniently located with close proximity to almost everything (major supermaket stores, movie theatres, other utility stores and loads of food outlets) and yet secluded at the same time. The common amenities within the community are clean and very well taken care of. Additionally, Kristine made our move in process so smooth. She was very approachable and transparent during the entire process.

Every community handles resident communication independently, but a good place to start is the MAA site and the Resident Login portal. Not only can residents pay rent online, they can submit and track service requests, check out online deals, and stay connected to news and events in their community.

Once you choose your apartment, click on the Apply Now button next to the unit you’d like to apply for to begin the application process. Then you just need to follow the instructions to submit your secured application online.
Yes, we do offer virtual tours through maac.com. Click on the “Tour Your Way” button on the community page and follow the instructions to request a virtual tour.
It’s as easy as starting with the city where you want to live or currently live! Just select your city and you’ll see all available communities that MAA has to offer in the area. Next, you will be able to choose from the map or click on a community link.
