After years of getting the same response from other dr’s., “…nothing we can do…”,”…will refer you to pain management…”, I was given HOPE by Dr.Robertson. I should have known better and come here years ago when my situation started. I was treated here by Dr. Mahmoud for a “busted” patella and I was subjected to the best care, understanding and staff treatment that I could’ve wished for. BTW -after care therapy referred to me was also on point! Just a side note to new patients. While my experience has been above par just remember this. Your search for relief of pain from this type of specialty doesn’t happen over night. Be as clear and precise in explaining your issues. Even if you may have a similar issue as someone else, treatment and results can be different. FOLLOW instructions to the letter and please be respectful as possible. I’m am very lucky to have been referred to Ocala Neurological, again! If you decide to use this service because of my review I wish the reader the best of health in life. My problem is very similar to what was posted by Richard Wailionis except my neck surgery Occurred 7 years ago. and I only contacted. Dronce. He said go to a specific physical therapist who will fix me up. Did not work He even left me wih a bone sticking out of the back of my neck, constant pain and a dropped chin on chest I also have to call the results a blunder Worst doctor I ever encountered

Should not practice surgery. Blundered my neck surgery 3 years ago with bones sticking out of my neck. Am in constant pain and he refuses to see me. Tried making an appointment numerous times. Anyone in need of neurosurgery should consider other options. Worst doctor I ever encountered.

Dr Robertson is a great Dr. He is very caring as well as his staff. He explains things so you understand . He has my complete trust. I can’t forget Nancy. She is so easy to talk to and gets the job done.
