Keith was amazing.... So pleasant and knowledgeable. We had done our homework and shopped around yet Keith showed us things that we had no idea about. He had a smile the whole time and was super friendly, felt like we had known him forever. We walked away from happy. The young man at the warehouse across the way that helped us load our base and mattress was wonderful as well. We are sleeping on our new bed tonight. The last thing my husband said before drifting off, how wonderful Kevin was and what a great experience the whole thing was from start to finish. Great customer service. Thanks again Kevin.

It's been a while, but we got our bed here. The sales guy was really laid-back, and didn't push for the sale. I think his name was Graham. Anyways, the bed is still great!
